Free to download... Photographer's model releaseProbably the most important form any photographer can have is a model release. We feel this form is so important to protect photographers from possible litigation that we offer it free for everyone.

How it works:
The form is free. All we ask is that you tell as a little bit about yourself so we can better serve you with useful information in the future. We're not asking for personal information, just generic stuff. You don't have to answer it to get the form but it would be nice if you could help us help you.

Do that and we'll e-mail you the form within a few minutes. The form is in PDF format, A4 size but it will print on letter size paper also. As far as we can ascertain, once filled in correctly, this form is valid in any country that is part of the Commonwealth nations and most countries that have a 'free trade agreement' with the United States of America.

We recommend you have a lawyer quickly look it over before you try and get Nichole Kidman's signature on it but for most uses, it will do fine as it is.

Digital Millennium Copyright infringement (DMCA) take down notice.

One of the down sides of the Internet - along with the benefits it has brought us is the fact people take images that don't belong to them and use them for their own purpose. Some of us actually have idiots trying to make us look foolish or give themselves some sort of standing in the community by tampering with a Pro's work and making out it's all good fun.

Whatever the reason, from time to time we are all faced with the discovery some of our images are being used illegally and the people doing it couldn't care less about the law. This is when you go for the hosting company and use the DMCA to do it.

This form is self explaining. If an ISP or Site host doesn't act on it and act swiftly, they expose themselves to a potential $30,000 a day fine as well as your own losses if you decide to sue for them. Download this form, be sure the images mentioned in it are visible on a site you own or control and the host has no option but to swiftly take your images down.
